Competition kata is developing more and more. Here, in Belgium, but also abroad.
Belgian judokas participate, with success, in competitions and renowned tournaments. Our country also has judges with national, European, even world licenses.
Judo Vlaanderen and Judo Wallonie-Bruxelles have decided to join forces to further develop this branch of modern judo. From now on, our kata athletes and judges will operate under the national flag!
To further develop all these activities, both regional wings have installed a national kata commission.
