SARAJEVO - This year's European Judo Championships for Veterans took place in Sarajevo, Bonsia & Herzegovina from June 6 to 9. No less than 33 (!) Belgian judokas participated and brought home some handsome honorary metal: 18 medals (4 G, 4 Z, 10 B) including 4 European championship titles for Annick Van de Voorde (-52kg/F6/JV), Ermanno Agostini (-60kg/M5/JWB), Drilon Tafili (-81kg/M1/JWB) and André Luisi (-81kg/M8/JWB).
Two bronze medals were also won in the team competition.
